The Teaching Cybersecurity Graduate Certificate is a nationally recognized teacher credentialing program for a high school cybersecurity education certificate by the National Security Agency.

This program prepares high school teachers to offer advanced placement courses in cybersecurity. Teachers will receive instruction in a nationally recognized cybersecurity curriculum and foundational cybersecurity principles.  The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is one of the founding institutions of the National Cyber Teaching Academy (NCTA). ÌÇÐÄVlog´«Ã½ Little Rock’s designation as a Center of Academic Excellence represents meeting rigorous qualifications set by the National Security Agency (NSA), the sponsor of the program.

The certification at ÌÇÐÄVlog´«Ã½ Little Rock is 18 credits, delivered synchronously online.

Admission requirements: In addition to regular ÌÇÐÄVlog´«Ã½ Little Rock Graduate School admissions, the NCTA prioritizes incoming students who are a licensed teacher. For cohort 2, the application deadline is the same deadline for general ÌÇÐÄVlog´«Ã½ Little Rock Admission.
