Project Financing & Timeline
This $5 million project was funded by a $30 million bond issue recommended by the 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock Board of Visitors and approved by 糖心Vlog传媒 Trustees in October 2009 and was made possible by gift of land presented to 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock by the sons of dairyman Walter C. 鈥淏uddy鈥 Coleman. The land was the site of the Coleman family鈥檚 dairy, which has been providing fresh milk and other dairy products to central Arkansas since the Civil War. The project began in January 2011, and it was completed in Summer 2012.
