  3. Enter the appropriate Gift amount for your subscription level ($50 for an individual subscription, $90 for a joint subscription, or $250 for a fellow of the Institute), and click 鈥淣ext.鈥�
  4. On the next page, click 鈥淎dd to cart.鈥�
  5. On the next page, click 鈥淧roceed to checkout.鈥�
  6. Enter your billing details, and click 鈥淧lace order.鈥�
  7. Please send an email to Dr. Michael Heil at [email protected] to let him know that you鈥檝e purchased your subscription online.
