However, certain restrictions may exist that will prevent such changes. These restrictions include, but are not limited to budget restraints, state restrictions, and appropriated position title availability. Any consideration for any of these actions must have the full support of the appropriate Vice Chancellor before submission to the Department of Human Resources.
