]]> For years 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock users utilized the Ad Astra online application to schedule club meetings or events in the unused conference and classroom spaces around campus.

On March 31, 2023, IT Services transitioned from Ad Astra, the old scheduling service, to a new hosted service called Mazevo Schedule. The new Mazevo service has a modern look and feel for easily locating available meeting spaces and allowing users to make room reservations quickly.

The upgrade is not only a better user experience with room images and designating layouts or resources, but it has some additional cost savings as well as adding integrated billing capabilities that the Ad Astra service didn’t offer.

Visit to access the new scheduling service and log in with Single sign-on (SSO). The new displays booked events along with details describing the start/end times, date, location, organization, and contact information.
