At the 2021 Arkansas Racial Equity Summit hosted by the University of Central Arkansas, Dean andr茅 douglas pond cummings presented a keynote address entitled “Howling Into the Hurricane: Breaking Down Systemic Injustice in Arkansas.” Therein, cummings argued that racism infuses institutions throughout the U.S. dating back to the U.S. Constitution.
