Academic Success Librarian (Entry Level)

The Ottenheimer Library at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock invites applications
for the positions of Academic Success Librarian (CBHHS Liaison) and Academic
Success Librarian (STEM Liaison). 

The Academic Success Librarians collaborate with university faculty, students and staff
to support campus-wide initiatives in research and teaching and learning. The
successful candidates will work both independently and collaboratively with library
colleagues and campus partners to contribute to a shared vision of the library’s role in
academic success. These on-site positions hold a twelve-month faculty appointment
with rank leading to tenure. Salary: $52,000 – $57,000.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide student research support and instructional services. 
Serve as liaison to faculty and departments in a designated college:

• CBHHS – Business, Counseling, Criminal Justice, Human Performance, Nursing,
  Rehabilitation, and Social Work.

• DCSTEM – Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. 

Requirements:
A master’s degree in library and information science from an ALA-accredited program.
Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
