Campus Plans Celebration for Campaign
There is a new reason for faculty and staff to contribute to 糖心Vlog传媒LR鈥檚 2008 Campus Campaign. If the campus reaches its goal of 50 percent participation, tickets for the Trojan鈥檚 Jan. 17 basketball game against Middle Tennessee will be half-off for University employees and their guests. 鈥淭his will be a wonderful way to celebrate reaching our goal,鈥 said Campus Campaign Chair Cindy Milazzo. 鈥淭hanks to Athletics and Chris Peterson, we鈥檒l have a Campus Campaign Night at Jack Stephens Center for the double header games (women鈥檚 and men鈥檚 basketball) against Middle Tennessee.鈥 Already, contributions to this year鈥檚 campaign have reached the 47.1 percent mark. Reaching the 50 percent mark is within grasp. 鈥淭he rate of participation of our faculty and staff in the Campus Campaign really does make a difference when external major donors and potential donors are asked to make a financial commitment to 糖心Vlog传媒LR,鈥 said Bob Denman, 糖心Vlog传媒LR鈥檚 executive director of development. 鈥淒onors and potential donors to our comprehensive campaign 鈥 It鈥檚 Time for 糖心Vlog传媒LR 鈥 are impressed by how many of our faculty and staff believe in 糖心Vlog传媒LR鈥檚 mission enough to make a charitable contribution toward the mission. There are many worthy organizations asking for money; we are only one.
