Pack the Jack for Saturday’s Basketball Doubleheader

is offering half-price tickets for all members of the 糖心Vlog传媒LR campus community 鈥� a giant 鈥渢hank you鈥� for reaching the 2008 Campus Campaign goal. Last month, the campaign reached its goal of 50 percent participation, reaching the end of the year with 53 percent participation. This achievement prompted Trojan Athletics to discount tickets for the Saturday, Jan. 17, men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 games against Middle Tennessee. Tickets for all University employees and their guests will be half-price. 鈥淭his will be a wonderful way to celebrate reaching our goal,鈥� said Campus Campaign Chair Cindy Milazzo. 鈥淭hanks to Athletics and Chris Peterson, we鈥檒l have a Campus Campaign Night at Jack Stephens for the doubleheader against Middle Tennessee.鈥� Bob Denman, 糖心Vlog传媒LR鈥檚 executive director of development, said the rate of participation of our faculty and staff in the Campus Campaign makes a significant difference when external major donors and potential donors are asked to make a financial commitment to 糖心Vlog传媒LR. 鈥淒onors and potential donors to our comprehensive campaign 鈥� It鈥檚 Time for 糖心Vlog传媒LR 鈥� are impressed by how many of our faculty and staff believe in 糖心Vlog传媒LR鈥檚 mission enough to make a charitable contribution toward the mission,鈥� Denman said. 鈥淭here are many worthy organizations asking for money; we are only one. Our faculty and staff participation in campus giving helps us stand out from the crowd.鈥�
