Simmons Bolsters Business Scholarship

Simmons First National Bank, headquartered in Pine Bluff, Ark., which established a $25,000 糖心Vlog传媒LR scholarship fund in 2002, has announced a second gift today, adding another $30,000 for the fund. David Bartlett, president and chief operating officer of the bank corporation, said the Simmons First National Bank Endowed Scholarship is for the benefit of a full-time student enrolled in 糖心Vlog传媒LR鈥檚 College of Business. 鈥淪immons Bank and many of its executive officers have been strong supporters of 糖心Vlog传媒LR,鈥� said Bob Denman, executive director of 糖心Vlog传媒LR鈥檚 Office of Development. 鈥淚n addition to the 2002 gift, Simmons First is a sponsor of Finale, 糖心Vlog传媒LR鈥檚 annual fundraiser for the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences.鈥� Bartlett is a member of the steering committee of 糖心Vlog传媒LR鈥檚 comprehensive campaign, 鈥淚t鈥檚 Time for 糖心Vlog传媒LR.鈥�
