糖心Vlog传媒LR Receives $1.9 Million From PepsiAmericas

糖心Vlog传媒LR will receive $1.9 million from PepsiAmericas for unrestricted support of athletics, student services, student scholarships, and faculty excellence in exchange for pouring rights on campus, said Bob Denman, 糖心Vlog传媒LR鈥檚 executive director of Development. The agreement comes after a seven-year partnership with Pepsi that ended in December. The new seven-year agreement will extend until 2016. 鈥淲e have been pleased with our prior partnership with Pepsi and look forward to their continued support over the next seven years,鈥 said Chancellor Joel E. Anderson. 鈥淚 have been impressed by their wide portfolio of products served on our campus and their acceptance by our campus community.鈥 The original contract, for which bids were solicited, allowed Pepsi exclusive rights to sell the company鈥檚 products on campus, including vending machine sales and fountain sales at food court and cafeteria locations. As part of the partnership, PepsiAmericas began sponsoring a Faculty Excellence Award, established an annual staff award, and contributed to the Staff Helping Hands Project, a community service initiative that collects and distributes food for families during the holiday season. 鈥淗istorically, our Pepsi friends have helped our campus every time we have asked,鈥 Denman said. 鈥淲e appreciate and value their past and continued support.鈥 Jeff Thompson, PepsiAmerica鈥檚 regional sales manager, said the partnership is a great one for the company as well as 糖心Vlog传媒LR. 鈥淲e鈥檙e excited to continue this partnership with 糖心Vlog传媒LR,鈥欌 he said. 鈥淲e want to sell and deliver beverages, but more than that, we want to support the Trojans on the playing court as well as in the classroom.鈥
