Wigand Presents on Social Media at Lima Conference

Dr. Rolf T. Wigand, Maulden-Entergy Chair and distinguished professor of information science and management, will present on 鈥淭aming the Social Network Jungle: From Web 2.0 to Social Media鈥� with Dinah Mande and Jerry Wood, both graduate research assistants at 糖心Vlog传媒LR, at the Americas Conference on Information Systems in Lima, Peru, in August. Wigand, Wood, and two others presented on 鈥淭witter Quo Vadis: Is Twitter Bitter or Are Tweets Sweet?鈥� at the Seventh International Conference on Information Technology in Las Vegas in April. And Wigand co-authored a chapter on 鈥淭he Customer Perspective of E-Service Quality: An Empirical Study鈥� in Craig Standing鈥檚 book, 鈥淓lectronic Markets: Benefits, Costs and Risks.鈥�
