Powell’s聽paper, 鈥淐ollateralization of International Reinsurance Liabilities in the U.S. Insurance Industry.鈥� Powell, an associate professor of finance in 糖心Vlog传媒LR’s College of Business, holds the Whitbeck-Beyer Chair of Insurance and Financial Services.
