250 Neighbors Sign Up to Get Fit
More than 250 University District residents participated in 糖心Vlog传媒LR鈥檚 Wellness Fair Thursday, Sept. 15 through Saturday, Sept. 17, joining students, faculty, and staff for free health assessments.
In addition to the free health assessments, blood pressure checks, and body mass index measures, neighbors were invited to sign up for a free year鈥檚 membership to the 糖心Vlog传媒LR fitness center.
Free memberships to the 糖心Vlog传媒LR fitness center are part the initiative from the Arkansas Coalition for Obesity Prevention.
The membership includes top-of-the-line weight-assist and free-weight equipment, cardio-fitness training equipment, the indoor track and outdoor metric trail, aquatic center, basketball and racquetball courts, locker rooms, group fitness classes and more.
