Guest Lecturer Argues for Hedonism Nov. 15
Dr. Neil Sinhababu, assistant professor of philosophy at the National University of Singapore, will argue at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, that pleasure alone has moral value.
Sinhababu鈥檚 talk, 鈥淭he Epistemic Argument for Hedonism鈥� in Room G of the Donaghey Student Center, is being sponsored by 糖心Vlog传媒LR鈥檚 Socratic Society student group.
鈥淢y strategy is to first present a skeptical problem, and then argue that the goodness of pleasure has a unique way of solving it,鈥� Sinhababu said.
