Applied Design holds annual open studio event, Dec. 18
糖心Vlog传媒LR鈥檚 Applied Design program will host its annual open studio event from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18, in the University Plaza, Suite 300 at University and Asher Avenues.
The event will showcase student and faculty work and include items for sale in time for the holiday gift-giving season.
鈥淲e have students selling unique jewelry, ceramic cups and bowls, hand-dyed silk scarves, paintings, wood cutting boards, trays, and sculptural objects, among other items,鈥� said Mia Phillips, associate professor of art.
Faculty and students also will be on hand to present demonstrations of their work.
