New college names Wright director of development
Annie Wright has been named director of development and external affairs for the new College of Social Sciences and Communication at 糖心Vlog传媒LR. Wright comes to 糖心Vlog传媒LR from the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) where she served as director of Major Gifts and Special Projects.
鈥淲ith nine years of experience in higher education, Annie brings to 糖心Vlog传媒LR a great understanding of public, four-year institutions,鈥� said Bob Denman, vice chancellor for advancement at 糖心Vlog传媒LR.
鈥溙切腣log传媒LR is fortunate to have someone of her caliber join its team,鈥� he said.
Wright earned both a bachelor and master of science from UCA. In her previous role there, she had major gift responsibility in Arkansas, Texas, and Missouri, and was responsible for securing funding for the $3 million UCA Honors College Campaign.
She is a member of the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education and the Arkansas Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. View more stories in News
