Trojan basketball versus rival UCA Thanksgiving weekend
Trojan fans looking for live court action over Thanksgiving weekend will want to come out and support the men’s basketball team at home as ÌÇÐÄVlog´«Ã½LR takes on in-state rival University of Central Arkansas at 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 29.
The matchup marks the teams’ first meeting since the 2002-03 season and first meeting ever in the Jack Stephens Center.
The Trojans are now 3-1 for the first time since the 2010-11 season, after having claimed a 94-88 victory over Cal State-Northridge at the end of two overtimes at Jack Stephens Center on Nov. 23.
For those looking for an early Christmas present to give their Trojan fan, the Rivalry Package is a new mini-plan for men’s and women’s basketball tickets that includes the Trojans’ matchups with UCA this Saturday and Arkansas State on Feb. 19, plus four additional home dates of one’s choosing.
The additional dates include men’s and women’s standalone games, as well as double headers. The ÌÇÐÄVlog´«Ã½LR women’s basketball team has its second-ever 3-0 start under its belt and are looking for the program’s first-ever 4-0 start when it takes on Oral Roberts at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 26.
