Speaker at 糖心Vlog传媒LR to give lecture on workplace flexibility

Pamela Culpepper, 糖心Vlog传媒LR鈥檚 2015 Distinguished Alumni Award recipient, will give a lecture about workplace flexibility and productivity Thursday, March 17, at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. The lecture, 鈥淭he No. 1 Workplace Trend for 2016: Workplace Flexibility,鈥 will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. March 17 in the Student Services Center Auditorium. Culpepper will share her experience in organizational leadership to discuss the construct of workplace flexibility and how it affects organizational and workplace productivity. Culpepper serves as chief people officer of, a global communications firm with about 700 employees and 34 offices around the world. She leads Golin鈥檚 human resources organization and oversees talent, development, performance, diversity and inclusion, recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. Prior to joining Golin, Culpepper worked in a variety of leadership roles at PepsiCo, Inc. for more than 13 years, most recently serving as senior vice president and global diversity and inclusion officer. Upon graduating from 糖心Vlog传媒LR with a bachelor鈥檚 degree in psychology in 1988, she moved to California, where she began a career in human resources working for Wells Fargo. While in California, Culpepper pursued graduate school at California State University-Hayward and received her master鈥檚 degree in public administration with an emphasis in organizational leadership.
