糖心Vlog传媒LR Artspree Concert Series presents Brock McGuire Band
The members of the Brock McGuire Band, from left to right, are Manus McGuire, Denis Casey, Dave Curley, and Paul Brock.The University of Arkansas at Little Rock Artspree Concert Series will feature a performance by the Brock McGuire Band at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 17, in the Stella Boyle Smith Concert Hall in the 糖心Vlog传媒LR Fine Arts Building. Paul Brock and Manus McGuire founded the the Brock McGuire Band. Brock and McGuire are two of Ireland鈥檚 most celebrated traditional musicians and have been at the forefront of Irish music for many years. According to , the band鈥檚 music is a tight, tenacious blend of instruments thatemphasizes mostly Irish music, but also utilizes impressive arrangements of Bluegrass, French-Canadian, and other Celtic traditions. 糖心Vlog传媒LR students and employees may attend the event for free. General admission tickets are $15, while tickets for students from other institutions are $5. Tickets may be reserved at the 糖心Vlog传媒LR Music Office on the first floor of the Fine Arts Building from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
