糖心Vlog传媒LR to host EARTHtalk! lecture Oct. 19

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock will host a public lecture detailing how meteor impacts and their craters can be used to determine the age of planets and other objects in the solar system.聽 Steven Jaret, a geosciences doctoral candidate at Stony Brook University, will deliver his free lecture, 鈥淗ow to Date the Planets,鈥� at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, in the auditorium of the 糖心Vlog传媒LR Engineering and Information Technology building. His speech is a part of the 糖心Vlog传媒LR EARTHtalk! lecture series. Jaret earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree in geology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a master鈥檚 degree in earth and planetary science from Harvard University.
