Cotton candy was one of the treats at the UPC Carnival by the University Program Council on Monday, October 23, 2017.The University Program Council will begin its annual UPC Program Week, a week of fun, free fall festivities for the 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock campus community, on Monday, Oct. 22.Events will kick off at 4 p.m. on Monday with three Halloween-themed escape rooms – Asylum, Play Room, and Haunted Study – in Donaghey Student Center 201.Hypnotist Gabriel Holmes will delight guests with his comedic hijinks in the Donaghey Student Center鈥檚 Ledbetter Hall at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23. Holmes has performed over 1,100 shows at colleges and corporate events across the country and provides entertaining performances while also dispelling common myths about hypnosis and discussing its practical applications.From 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 24, the Donaghey Student Center鈥檚 Fitness Center will be turned into a haunted obstacle course to get the campus ready for Halloween. There will also be a crafting area where attendees can create wax hands and name collages made from various images.Two glow yoga sessions will be held in Donaghey Student Center 205 D from 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 25. Attendees will need to wear white or bright colors and will 聽decorate themselves with glow-in-the-dark paint.The week will end with UPC鈥檚 annual carnival held in the Donaghey Student Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 26. This year鈥檚 carnival will feature bungee jumping, henna, photo booths, carnival food, a pumpkin painting contest, and much more.All UPC Program Week activities are free and open to the entire 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock community.
