ASBTDC helps small business clients get $90 million in capital funding in 2018
The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC), based at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, continues to be an economic driver for the state. ASBTDC helped clients secure more than聽$90 million聽in capital funding and create聽891 jobs聽in 2018.聽
Current and prospective small business owners who worked with ASBTDC obtained loans and other capital investment totaling $90,513,828,聽a record聽for the program.
In addition, ASBTDC helped clients increase sales by聽$60.9 million, retain聽944 existing jobs, and start聽132 businesses聽last year.
