The center, which normally holds seminars and workshops at locations across the state, has cancelled all in-person events for March and April. State Director Laura Fine said offering educational events online was a natural response.
鈥淲e know our small businesses have many questions and need help. Through webinars we are able to safely share timely and relevant information Arkansas small businesses need now,鈥 said Fine. 鈥淲e are having hundreds of people on each webinar and will continue to add topics to meet their needs.鈥
Arkansas small businesses wanting one-on-one assistance can also get help from ASBTDC.
The center鈥檚 statewide network of offices are operating virtually, offering consulting by phone, email or videoconference. To sign up, go to or call 1-800-862-2040.
