A familiar face at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock has been recognized as a state leader in education in the

鈥淭o reach its potential, Arkansas needs more investment in education in general, and in early childhood education in particular,鈥� Drale said. 鈥淲e won鈥檛 be able to increase the number of individuals with college degrees or other post-secondary credentials without starting earlier on educational preparation.鈥�
