The event will take place at the Comfort Inn and Suites Presidential Hotel at 707 I-30 in Little Rock. This year鈥檚 theme is S.O.U.L. Sisters, Sisterhood of University Ladies. Conference festivities will kick off at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 12, with a welcome reception, followed by a night out on the town in the River Market. The following day, attendees will gather for breakfast and afterward, kick start the day鈥檚 sessions, which will include, Leading From Where You Are, Just Show Up, Reversing the Formula: Me + My Institution = Awesome, and Inspiring Greatness In Others. Dr. Maria Markham, director of the Arkansas Department of Higher Education, will give the morning keynote address, and Dr. Tressa Shavers, regional vice provost of Strayer University will give the afternoon address. 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock employees, Karl Lenser and Sabrenna Rodgers-Lee, who is also the ACWHE president, will present during the conference as well. Other conference presenters include Pari Smart with Smart Possibilities, LLC and Felicia Johnson, life coach and author. 鈥淭his is a wonderful opportunity to refocus, revive, renew, rejuvenate, and refresh ourselves,鈥� said Rodgers-Lee. 鈥淚t will be a new year, a new beginning, and a new outlook.
