Scanlon competed in six events for the Trojans this past season, registering a 75.72 scoring average with five rounds of par-or-better, including a 5-under 67 in his first collegiate round for the Trojans. The Santa Cruz, Bolivia, native tied for seventh at the Memphis Intercollegiate before tying for 14th at the Bayou City Collegiate Classic. Warren played in all 11 events for Little Rock and led the team with a 74.27 scoring average, registering a team-best 11 rounds of par or better. The Picton, Australia, native registered his best finish at the Duck Commander Intercollegiate, tying for fourth overall, with another top-20 showing at the Lone Star Invitational, tying for 18th. To be eligible for Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholar status, an individual must be a junior or senior academically, compete in at least three full years at the collegiate level, participate in 50 percent of the team’s competitive rounds, have a stroke average under 76.0 (Division I), and maintain a minimum cumulative career GPA of 3.2. The recipient must also be of high moral character and be in good standing with the university. Student-athletes earned Second Team All-America status by virtue of finishing between ninth and 16th place, including as members of a relay team, at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships this past week in Eugene, Oregon. In Little Rock’s first-ever relay appearance at the NCAA Championships, Andrews, Calhoun, Clark, and Okeze finished 12th with a school record of 39.31 seconds in the 4×100-meter semifinals on June 6. It was the second consecutive meet in which Little Rock had posted a school record. Before Andrews, Calhoun, Clark and Okeze, the Trojans’ men’s outdoor team had only three All-American selections in program history. Two-time outdoor All-American Chris Johnson earned his last selection in 2005, and Leo Settle was the Trojans’ first All-American selection in 1997. Cox comes to 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock from Butler Community College, where he hit .335 with 10 home runs, 42 RBIs, 39 runs, 15 doubles, a .600 slugging percentage, and a .449 on-base percentage in 2017.
