Rice, who has a Ph.D. from Purdue University, began his career at 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock as an assistant professor of political theory in the Department of Political Science. Since then, he has served in various administrative positions, including department chair, associate dean, acting dean, and associate vice chancellor for academic affairs.
