Overton is the founder of Sustainable Construction and the Overton Firm in Little Rock. He received a bachelor鈥檚 degree in construction management from 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock and a Juris Doctor from the 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock Bowen School of Law.
