Over 300 men attended the seminar. 鈥淩eceiving my gold certification in Dallas is a symbolic culmination of my college career,鈥� he said. To earn this certification, Bagwell successfully completed five leadership program events, with each event consisting of more than 40 hours of study and active learning. These voluntary programs focused on studying leadership styles, making ethical decisions, health and safety strategies, personal development, and business operations. started in 2004 and hosts over 3,700 annual attendees from Pi Kappa Alpha chapters. After graduation, Bagwell plans to pursue a graduate degree in educational supervision and become a high school administrator.  ]]>
