The slaughter stripped the country of its leaders, replacing them with orphans, widows, disease, and poverty. Rwandan students from 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock and Americans who have visited Rwanda will lead a panel discussion commemorating the 23^rd anniversary of the genocide beginning at 6 p.m. in Donaghey Student Center Ledbetter Hall Room 214A.
