Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center to host Lean Canvas Workshop]]> Participants will learn how to use a Lean Canvas to define, structure, and develop a new technology, service, or business idea. The canvas is a chart with blocks for business owners and entrepreneurs to describe their value proposition, customer segments, competitive advantages, and other key aspects of their venture. The tool can help companies, especially startups, crystallize their target customer and market. 鈥淚t is a living document with components that can be readily modified as the business owner gathers more information about customers, key resources, channels, and partners,鈥� said Martial Trigeaud, a business consultant at the center who will lead the workshop. The Lean Canvas produces an 鈥渁ctionable and entrepreneur-focused business plan,鈥� he said. 鈥淎 Lean Canvas is a template for developing a business model that allows a company to effectively project revenue and profit.鈥� The workshop will be from 1 to 3:30 p.m. at the 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock Reynolds Center for Business and Economic Development.
