The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is celebrating a major milestone as joins its Corporate Partnerships Program as the university鈥檚 100th corporate partner.

The partnership will provide Conway Regional employees with educational opportunities, tuition discounts, and professional development support, reinforcing the organization鈥檚 commitment to workforce advancement.

鈥嬧淐onway Regional Health System joined the 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock’s Corporate Partnerships Program to enhance educational opportunities for its employees,鈥 said Brooke Horvath, Benefits Manager at Conway Regional Health System. 鈥淭his partnership offers benefits supporting Conway Regional’s commitment to professional development and continuous learning. By participating, Conway Regional aims to provide its employees with accessible pathways to advance their education while maintaining their professional roles.鈥

Through the Corporate Partnerships Program, Conway Regional鈥檚 more than 1,900 employees will have access to a 10-percent scholarship on tuition and fees, a $25-per-credit-hour book scholarship, and waived application fees, making it easier for them to pursue degrees and certifications at 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock. This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to strengthening the workforce and enhancing educational access across central Arkansas.

Founded in 1921, Conway Regional Health System provides comprehensive healthcare services to an eight-county service area in North Central Arkansas and the River Valley. With a 180-bed acute care medical center, more than 40 points of access, and a team of more than 250 physicians, Conway Regional is one of the largest employers in Conway and has been recognized as one of Arkansas鈥檚 best places to work.

This collaboration is expected to benefit employees across multiple disciplines, particularly those pursuing degrees in nursing, medical laboratory science, and healthcare administration. The partnership also enhances Conway Regional鈥檚 ability to attract and retain top talent by providing employees with career advancement opportunities. Conway Regional employees can also take advantage of a tuition assistance program for eligible employees and dependent children, clinical and non-clinical certification exam reimbursements, clinical advancement program, and foundation scholarships.

More than 54,000 people in Arkansas鈥檚 workforce are eligible to receive educational benefits at 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock through the Corporate Partnerships Program. Over 400 students are already taking advantage of these scholarships to pursue an affordable and accessible education at 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock during the spring 2025 semester.

Conway Regional follows partnerships with other great central Arkansas employers like Acxiom, Amazon, Apptegy, Baldwin & Shell Construction Company, Baptist Health, Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts, City of Little Rock, David鈥檚 Burgers, Easterseals Arkansas, Kinko Constructors, Little Rock School District, Power Technology, Pulaski County Special School District, Riggs Cat, Southwest Power Pool, Stephens, and World Services for the Blind.
