Trojan Works strives to increase retention by providing financial assistance through professional work and unique experiences that prepare students for success beyond graduation.

鈥淭rojan Works helped me get a paying job on campus,鈥� said Skylar Boone, a Trojan Works student. 鈥淪ince I didn鈥檛 qualify for federal aid, they were able to help me find a job where I could get the experience I would need when I graduate.鈥�

Once hired by Trojan Works, students are paired with a mentor who answers questions about working for 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock. Mentors help new student workers understand payroll schedules and tax withholdings, while also offering seasoned workers valuable insights into financial literacy

鈥淭rojan Works helped me learn more about the financial side of a job,鈥� said Olivia Osborn, a Trojan Works student. 鈥淚鈥檝e had jobs before but this one prepared me for work after graduation.鈥�
