Cloud Services Policy, 208.6

On November 3, 2020, Chancellor Christina Drale approved the policy for Cloud Services, 208.6. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock Protected or 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock Sensitive data is appropriately stored or shared using public cloud computing and file-sharing services. This policy applies to all users accessing and using third-party services capable of storing or transmitting protected or sensitive electronic data that are owned or leased by 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock, all consultants or agents of 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock, and any parties who are contractually bound to handle data produced by 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock, and by University contractual agreements and obligations.
