Baccalaureate and Associate Degree Requirements Policy Revised

Annual Review of Faculty Policy Revised

Reimbursement policy revised
On May 7, 2019, based on the recommendation of Procurement Services and Alumni and Development, and approval of Internal Audit, the Reimbursement for Expenditures – 308.1 policy was revised to no longer require original receipts when submitting requests for reimbursements. Steve McClellan, Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration, approved the change.
Use of Procurement Cards on Sponsored Project Funds policy adopted
On April 4, 2019, Chancellor Andrew Rogerson approved Policy 308-9 – Use of Procurement Cards on Sponsored Project Funds. This policy was originated by the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs and Procurement services. Procedures and approval form are located on ORSP’s Forms website.
New policy, Publication of Website Privacy Practices, adopted
On April 4, 2019, Chancellor Andrew Rogerson approved Policy 204.7 – Publication of Website Practices. This is a new policy and was needed because the university did not have a policy requiring the publication and maintenance of website privacy practices. Student complaints policy updated
Based on the recommendation of the vice chancellor for student affairs and dean of students, an update to Policy 512.6 – Student Complaints, was approved by Chancellor Andrew Rogerson on April 4, 2019. In addition, the policy name was changed to Handling and Resolution of Student Complaints.
Minor revision made to Policy on Policy Management
On February 1, 2019, Chancellor Andrew Rogerson approved two minor changes to Policy 216.1-Policy on Policy Management, as recommended by the Policy Management Board. Title IX Policy 401.7 updated – training to be announced
An administrative update to the Title IX Policy, 401.7, to account for changes in the university’s day-to-day operations was recently presented by the Office of Title IX to Chancellor Andrew Rogerson. Moving Expenses policy adopted
On August 3, 2018, Chancellor Rogerson approved new policy #309.10, Moving Expenses. This policy was proposed by the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration, reviewed by the Chancellor’s Cabinet, and approved by the Chancellor.
