Students will receive a diploma cover at the commencement ceremony.
Applying to graduate does not guarantee that your degree will be conferred or that you will receive a diploma. Unless you have a hold on your account preventing release, you should receive your diploma by:
- July 1st – Spring
- October 1st – Summer
- March 1st – Fall
*NOTE: If you have any academic or financial holds on your account, we will not be able to issue your diploma. Holds on your account may include parking fines, overdue library book charges, unpaid tuition or fees, etc. Once your hold is released please contact the Records office at [email protected] so that your diploma can be mailed.
Diplomas will be mailed to the primary mailing address in WorkDay, unless requested in advance otherwise. Please ensure that your primary address is updated in your student account by the Monday after the commencement ceremony.
