Six Classes | Actionable Skills | Real Impact
There鈥檚 a growing need for leaders who are capable of inspiring excellence. Courses in Applied Leadership & Management provide entry-level supervisors with proven strategies to master core leadership skills, advance their team, and propel their career.
With offerings that are flexible to training needs, participants can choose from six individual courses or bundle all courses and earn a certificate. All courses are taught live online or in-person at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Earn a Professional Skills Certificate in Applied Leadership and Management
Participants who pass all six courses in the program are eligible to earn a certificate upon completion of three additional assessments:

- Clearly communicates performance expectations and roles upfront

- Proactively identifies and mitigates signs of staff burnout or low motivation
- Resolves difficult conversations with tact and professionalism

- Articulates ideas effectively across oral and written formats聽

- Demonstrates emotional resiliency
- Models professional standards and corporate integrity

- Identifies and analyzes complex problems
