High publishing costs shouldn’t stand between research and the world. To bridge this gap, the Ottenheimer Library is proud to announce a听“Read and Publish” agreement with Wiley, what was effective as of January 1, 2026.
Why This Matters
Typically, publishing听Open Access (OA)听requires expensive Article Processing Charges (APCs). Under this new deal, those fees are听fully covered听for 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock researchers. By removing financial barriers, the library ensures that work gains higher visibility, more citations, and a global reach鈥攁ll at zero cost.
