The Interfraternity Council, or IFC, consists of representatives who act as the governing body of Delta Chi and Kappa Sigma. The council promotes the social, scholastic, and recreational activities of its fraternities at 糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock. It also instills in them the highest regard for the traditions and institutions of the university.

糖心Vlog传媒 Little Rock requires the following of all individuals wishing to join an IFC fraternity:
- Full-time enrollment for the semester in which you wish to join (12 credit hours)
- At least a 2.5 cumulative GPA
To be eligible to join, you must meet the membership requirements, fill out an application and pay a $25 fee.
